Rental Policy:

Country Cabins Inn takes great pride in providing you with a comfortable and memorable stay. The cabins were hand-built, and we would greatly appreciate it if you would help in our effort to keep them in the best condition possible. In order to ensure satisfaction for you and our future guests we reserve the right to refuse service. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Guests are also responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Deposit Policy:

A 20% holding deposit is charged at the time of your online reservation.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

We understand that plans do change, and should this be the case, we respectfully request your advance notice of at least 72 hours. If cancellation occurs prior to the 72-hour cancellation period we will cancel your reservation and refund the 20% deposit. If you cancel within 72 hours of your stay or do not arrive, you will be charged for each day of your reservation that falls within 72 hours of the time of cancellation. For your convenience, we also offer nonrefundable and 24-hour cancellation options when booked directly with us.

Pets:

Pets must be declared upon check-in. Pets are only allowed in pet cabins. Having a pet in a non-pet room incurs a $100.00 pet violation cleaning fee. Pet owners in pet-friendly rooms must clean up after their pets to keep our outdoor facilities well maintained and clean. There is a $25/night pet fee for the first pet, and a $10/night fee for each additional pet. Pet friendly rooms are subject to availability. 

Smoking:

Our hotel is 100% smoke-free. Use of tobacco products or any form of smoking including cigarettes, e-cigarettes (vaping), and marijuana in our facilities, cabins, lodges, and suites is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.

Check in Policy:

Check in begins at 3:00 p.m. Early check in is allowed subject to availability and with prior arrangements.

Check out Policy:

The check out period ends at 11:00 a.m. Late check out will result in a $50 fee if not approved by management.

Payment Authorization:

I authorize Country Cabins Inn to charge my credit or debit card for payment of any charges incurred in connection with renting this room. Customer agrees that they will be solely responsible and liable to the merchant for any and all damages directly and indirectly caused by customer, its agents, guests, and invitees to customer's room and facilities. Customer hereby agrees to pay to merchant upon demand, and further expressly authorizes merchant to charge to customer's credit, debit, or other payment card or other Customer account all charges, expenses, costs and fees incurred by merchant, arising from or relating to any such fees and damages.

Hold Harmless Agreement and Waiver:

I hereby forever waive Country Cabins Inn, along with their management, employees, or other representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, expenses, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, as a result of me being a guest at Country Cabins Inn, including but not limited to personal Injuries, death, disease or property losses, including but not limited to claims based on the alleged negligence of Country Cabins Inn or any other person. I further promise not to sue Country Cabins Inn and agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any and all damages resulting from my being a guest.

Privacy Policies:

Country Cabins Inn takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. Reserving a room on our website is absolutely safe. We protect each purchase you make, and any personal information you provide is secure. Our secure server uses the latest industry standard encryption software (SSL) to protect personal information. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number and name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. You will know that your connection is secure during the checkout process by seeing the "S" for "secure" in HTTPS://... in your browser's address block. The lock icon in the URL bar will also become locked, as opposed to unlocked.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservations specialist) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.
